Draft.These terms cover purchases from Dasha’s independent spirit-wear shop on norwayjps.com.
Who you’re buying from
Spirit-wear is sold by Dasha, an independent parent artisan based in Toronto. This shop is notaffiliated with Norway JPS or TDSB, and it’s nota school fundraiser. Payments go to Dasha’s Stripe account.
Non-sized stock items
Stickers, patches, keychains, cups, water bottles, and tote bags are held in small home inventory. Orders ship or are available for pickup at the school within a short window after payment.
Sized pre-order items
T-shirts, hoodies, and long-sleeves are produced in batches after a pre-order window closes. Sizes are locked in at checkout and cannot be changed after the window ends. Fulfillment happens at a named pickup event (usually Fun Day) or via shipping.
Shipping and pickup
Pickup at school is free. Shipping within Canada and to the US is charged at a flat rate shown at checkout.
Refunds
Non-sized stock items: refundable within 14 days if unused and in original condition, minus shipping. Sized pre-order items: non-refundable once a batch has been produced, since they’re made to order. Exceptions for defects or errors on our end.
